After changed the working position, I've been very busy these days. No promotion, no encouragement but a little bit disapoint today.

As a team, the team leader should have trusted his members and been easy to treat their efforts.

 

Apparently, I am taking all responsiblity for my work;  I'm confident of my ability; I'm doing my best to improve the company. I do not think this tiny thing is needed to supervised. It's just a normal activty of my work. I do consider the most important thing shoulde be handled now is to reduce my over-working instead of doubting.

 

I was asked just now that how would I face to the bad feeling and anger. I chose to uncover it in front of my dearest and nearest. However, I blog this here as it disppointed me too much. Wish to have more encouragement and harmony rather than distrust or doubting in the future...

 

When opening my space, you may find I'm not online today. Yes, I'm on the track to my destination - Nantong. It's almost the 1st business trip since the beginning of the year. Frankly speaking, long time not having a trip makes me feel a little bit dull. Too many terrible issues are faced in these two monthes. This is a good opportunity for me to go outside, have some fresh breath and get rid of the bad luck. It's all over now, just like the sunsent pic I took in the rest room when having overwork yesterday.......^-^

There are some bad news from my friend, which lets her and her team members upset these days. I'm also regretful for getting it. Here I have some words to them.

 

In the whole life, you will join many woking teams, good ones, bad ones. Also, you will meet many team members, wonderful leaders, terrible underlings. Somebody has left and somebody still stay with you. The excellent ones must impress you a lot and you must want to stay with him longer. However, work is just a part of life and a tool to make living. You should know he only leaves your working team but not leaving your life. you are still good friends and will not have distance if you are really missing each other.

 

You guys must stop being sad and resume your work carefully. I do think he also doesn't desire you to be so confused. And he does need every member will be on the track from then on. Although it is difficult to adapt yourself to the situation at the very beginning, just letting time to settle it all. It will be OK...

 

So please well enjoy the days you can have now and don't hesitate to say the words you wanna say at that moment, don't leave pities behind...
